What is WellAware?

WellAware provides a complete mental & physical health platform for a small, medium or large Health and Life Insurer.
WellAware has been developed with three key goals in mind

Why should we trust WellAware?

The information in WellAware is compiled from some of the most respected health research foundations in Australia and around the world. WellAware has strong relationships with Australia’s Heart Foundation and the National Cancer Council.

These organisations recognise the need to simplify the way in which Australian’s are informed and educated about chronic disease, and the actions that can be taken to reduce the risk of chronic diseases having an impact on you, your colleagues and those that you care about.

Why is WellAware supplying to our Organisation?

WellAware is only available to Health and Life Insurers that genuinely care about their Members’s health. In fact, a number of WellAware clients also provide this solution to those that their Members care about, such as their Partner, Parents and their children over the age of 18.

They recognise the devastating social, emotional and economic cost chronic disease has on the community and they believe that WellAware can help lessen the impact it has acrosss Australia.

In the past year, Insurers that have expanded their program offerings have seen improvements in brand engagement, acquisition and retention.

How do we access WellAware Launchpad?

As part of the onboarding process WellAware will send your authorised representative/s a link to download WellAware Launchpad. We strongly recommend that access to WellAware Launchpad is restricted to authorised representatives only and that all passwords are kept private and secure at all times.

Should you believe that any individual has accessed WellAware Launchpad without your authorisation then please contact our team at WellAware immediately and we will ensure all logins and passwords are reset.

What if we want to cancel our account?

You have the right to cancel your account as clearly stipulated in the services agreement between your Organisation and WellAware.Life Pty Ltd.

Our Members or contacts would like to share their story of Chronic Disease or how WellAware has enhanced their life to motivate and inspire my friends and family to adopt / increase their activity of WellAware?

Through WellAware Launchpad we have developed a simple yet highly effective engagement portal which can be populated with stories, news and general health service information which your HR / Health & Wellness or authorised representative can access, upload and share with your colleagues via email (& shortly in app message).

We are strongly encouraging staff to share their story, whether it be via a short video message or a written piece, as we firmly believe that it encourages colleagues to adopt WellAware and the messages of preventative health and early detection.

Can our family and friends access WellAware?

Absolutely. We can add any individual or a large group to your WellAware platform, Just speak to your WellAware Account Manager. Alternatively WellAware will soon be available for download via the Apple or Google Play stores for individuals whose Members do not subscribe to WellAware.
